• Garage Sale Have you been spreading the word about our first ever community garage sale fundraiser? We are still accepting donations. Donations can be dropped off at Eagle's View Church on Mondays from 630pm to 830pm. Don't forget to bring in your unused grocery bags, as well. So far, we have had a few area rugs, twin size mattress, twin size head/footboard, printer, dishes, bedding, and a ton of clothes donated. The garage sale is less than a month away!!!

  • Sausage Sale Success! We did it! We sold out at our first ever sausage stix sale. We made a great profit that will help cover the cost of our "Chili" Christmas Cook-off and Christmas Party. Thanks to all the parents and scouts that made this a huge success.

  • Community Garage Sale Fundraiser Preparation is under way for our first ever community garage sale fundraiser. This is an "all hands on deck" kind of fundraiser. So, we are calling on all scouts, families, and friends to help by cleaning out those closets, drawers, garages, attics, and sheds to donate to the cause. We will be accepting donations on every Monday starting September 26th until November 14th at Eagle View Church 200 Blue Bonnet St., Saginaw, TX from 7:00pm until 8:30pm.   • "Chili" Christmas Cookoff "CHILI" CHRISTMAS COOK OFF AND COURT OF HONOR:Mark you calendars for December 12 at 6pm to 830pm for our first Christmas Shindig. We are going to have a chili cook off and of course best chili wins a prize. We have all sorts of Reindeer games planned and a Rip Roaring gift exchange. I am asking everyone to bring a $5-10 gift (you can get great gifts from the Dollar Tree) for the gift exchange. So start saving your pennies. Look for sign up sheets during the latter part of November.

  • Big Success Our First Annual Labor Day Picnic was a huge success. Thanks to all the parents, scouts, friends and family that came out to celebrate with us. Did you hear that the PARENTS won the First Annual Parent vs Scout All Sport Games (kickball) with a score of 6 -3. The parents took home the coveted trophy. Plans are already in the works for the Second Annual MEMORIAL DAY Picnic in May, when the parents will be defending their title as champs in a game of volleyball. Parents make sure to attend the next committee meeting on September 12, 2016 for exciting upcoming events.
